一、 设备概述 
    岩心油水饱和度干馏仪可以快速、准确地测定岩芯的油水饱和度,其主要原理就是通过加热、升温、控温使岩样在样品室干馏出油水蒸汽,经放出冷凝后测定其油水体积,再与其他参数结合计算出岩芯油水油气水饱和度。 
    主要特点:造型大方,箱体保温均采用1Cr18Ni9Ti薄板机械成形,保温性能好。样品室多,且独立控温,干馏效率高。 
二、 技术参数 
    加热温度:室温~600℃(连续可调); 
    室温~550℃升温时间:约60分钟; 
    温度控制误差:<±1℃; 
    加热及控温元件使用寿命:>800小时; 
    干馏精度:干馏水±3%;干馏油±5%; 
三、使用说明 
3-1、检查仪表、电源及控温系统是否正常完好 
3-2、干馏准备
    将待分析的岩样破碎称重120g,装入干馏筒,插入集液管; 
3-3、干馏 
    (1).初升温,干馏水。将馏杯分别插入干馏箱体中,盖好上盖,放入冷却水,打开仪器电源,先将温度预调到180℃,当集液管内出现水,开始记录,每隔5分钟记录一次,当观察连续三个记录数据不变,说明非结晶水已经出完。 
    (2).继续升温,干馏油。将温度控制在600℃,放掉冷却水,记录出油量,直到不出油为止,一般在达到550℃后,再经过30分钟干馏油即出完。在出油过程中还有谁蒸出,此水视为矿物结晶水。 
3-4、干馏完毕,关闭电源,将集液管取下用热风吹一下,以分离管中油水并改善油水界面,待干馏箱冷却后,取出干馏杯进行清洗,以便下次做样。 
3-5、在测定油水体积过程中,测出的油水体积一定进行校正,校正方法参看常规岩心分析推荐的做法中饱和度的测定(常压干馏法)。 
四、注意事项 
4-1、仪器需要有良好的接地才能使用。
4-2、干馏杯中筛网一定垫好,装样后将盖盖紧,密封不好会影响测量精度。 
4-3、装样前应认真检查干馏杯,回液。

I. Overview of equipment

The core oil-water saturation dry distillation instrument can quickly and accurately measure the oil-water saturation of the core. Its main principle is to dry distillation the oil-water vapor in the sample room by heating, raising the temperature and controlling the temperature, and then measure its oil-water volume after releasing condensation, and then calculate the oil-water oil-gas-water saturation of the core by combining with other parameters.  

Main features: generous shape, and the box body is mechanically formed with 1Cr18Ni9Ti sheet for heat preservation, with good heat preservation performance. There are many sample rooms, and the temperature is controlled independently, so the dry distillation efficiency is high.  

Second, the technical parameters

Heating temperature: room temperature ~600℃ (continuously adjustable);  

Heating time from room temperature to 550℃: about 60 minutes;  

Temperature control error: < 1℃;  

Service life of heating and temperature control elements: > 800 hours;  

Dry distillation accuracy: dry distillation water 3%; 5% of dry distillation oil;  

III. Instructions for use

3-1, check the instrument, power supply and temperature control system is normal in good condition.

3-2, dry distillation preparation

The rock sample to be analyzed is crushed and weighed 120g, put into a retort and inserted into a liquid collecting pipe;  

3-3, dry distillation

(1) initial heating, dry distillation of water. Insert the distillation cups into the retort box respectively, cover the top cover, put in cooling water, turn on the power supply of the instrument, first preset the temperature to 180℃, start recording when water appears in the liquid collecting pipe, and record it every 5 minutes. When the data recorded for three consecutive times are unchanged, it means that the non-crystallized water has been discharged.  

(2). Continue to heat up and dry distill the oil. Control the temperature at 600℃, drain the cooling water, and record the oil output until no oil is produced. Generally, after reaching 550℃, the oil will be completely distilled for 30 minutes. Who else evaporates in the process of oil production? This water is regarded as mineral crystal water.  

3-4. After the dry distillation is finished, turn off the power supply, remove the liquid collecting pipe and blow it with hot air to separate the oil and water in the pipe and improve the oil-water interface. After the dry distillation box is cooled, take out the dry distillation cup and clean it for the next sample.  

3-5. In the process of measuring oil-water volume, the measured oil-water volume must be corrected. For the correction method, please refer to the determination of saturation (atmospheric distillation method) recommended by conventional core analysis.  

Fourth, matters needing attention

4-1, the instrument needs to have a good grounding to use.

4-2. The screen in the retort cup must be well padded, and the cover should be tightly covered after the sample is loaded. Poor sealing will affect the measurement accuracy.  

4-3, should carefully check the retort cup before loading, back to the liquid.
