一、岩心制备装置概述:
常规岩心制备装置主要包括两大部分:岩心钻取和岩心切磨。根据岩心样块的疏松、致密程度可选用水冷却或液氮冷却进行辅助,以保证岩心样品的质量。常规岩样直径分别为两种规格,长度在25~120mm,也有特殊要求Φ50mm、Φ75mm,全直径Φ100mm、Φ120mm;非均质岩心规格分别为45×45×300mm。
二、冷冻岩心制备装置主要组成:
2-1、该装置包括岩心冷冻钻取装置、岩心冷冻切磨装置,其中,岩心钻取装置包括:样块固定平台、横、纵向进给机构、钻取进给机构、钻取刀、冷冻液执行系统、防护罩、电器控制保护和支架;冷冻切磨装置包括:岩心夹具、切割间接进给系统、岩心自转电机及系统、切刀系统、岩心磨夹具、冷冻液执行系统、防护罩、电器控制保护和支架。
2-2、整个钻取作业在密闭工作室中进行,相应的操作通过正向和右侧向横、纵进给装置进行调控,通过正、侧向可视窗进行跟踪关注,冷却液可通过上端冷却口接入,通过控制开关进行控制。
整个箱体下侧设置冷却液回收过滤槽,工作时,冷却液和钻取渣通过过滤汇流,通过冷却液排出槽路排出。
2-3、钻取结束后,停止电机运作,打开可视窗,从钻取刀套筒中取出岩心样块。钻取刀设置排渣口,有利于排出岩心残渣,不让残渣在旋转过程中划伤岩心样块。
2-4、利用夹具将岩心样块夹紧,关闭密闭上盖进行作业,作业时可根据需要接入冷冻系统。
2-5、结束后可将岩心装入夹具进行磨样处理。

I. Overview of core preparation device:

2-2. The whole drilling operation is carried out in a closed working room, and the corresponding operation is regulated by the forward and right horizontal and vertical feeding devices, followed by the forward and lateral viewing windows, and the cooling liquid can be accessed through the upper cooling port and controlled by the control switch.
The lower side of the whole box body is provided with a cooling liquid recovery filter tank. When working, the cooling liquid and drilling slag converge through filtration and are discharged through the cooling liquid discharge tank.
2-3. After drilling, stop the motor operation, open the viewport, and take out the core sample from the drilling tool sleeve. The drilling tool is provided with a slag discharge port, which is beneficial to discharge the core residue and prevent the residue from scratching the core sample block during the rotation.
2-4. Clamp the core sample block with a clamp, close the closed upper cover for operation, and connect the freezing system as required during operation.
2-5. After the completion, the core can be put into the fixture for sample grinding.
