该仪器根据驱替机理和相似原理模拟(压力、温度),并借助于现代科学技术成果,如计算机技术、传感测量技术可在模拟地层压力,地层温度的条件下开展下列研究
1.液体渗透率测定
在一定的流速下使液体通过岩心,通过测定岩心的进出口压差和流过岩心的液体的流量,结合其它参数,根据达西定律计算岩心液体渗透率。
2.液体流动性实验
在一定的压力、温度条件下,研究流体流经岩心的过程中,相关参数的规律,如压力、温度、流速等。

组成部件技术指标
1.注入泵:
型号:PB1040平流泵可与计算机通讯接口,可多机通讯,实现泵运行数据的数字化通讯与显示。流量范围:0.01-9.99ml/min,0~40MPa。
2.活塞容器:
ZR-3型活塞容器为试验提供循环流体或驱替流体,主体材料为304不锈钢,抗腐蚀、耐高温,容器内采用活塞结构,容器置于恒温箱内,规格为1L/50MPa。
3.岩心夹持器:
材质为304不锈钢。规格为φ25×100/50MPa,温度为180℃。
4.环压泵:
SYB-60型手动泵,压力≤60MPa。
5.回压控制系统:
用于控制岩心夹持器的出口压力,由顶部加载式回压阀和缓冲容器、回压泵组成。回压容器:ZR-2型,500mL,50MPa,回压阀:顶部加载式,50MPa,
6.恒温箱:
内装射灯,不锈钢内胆,采用静音轴流风机进行箱内热风循环,外部采用A3磷化喷塑,美观大气。采用PID自诊定调节控温技术,箱内温度均匀,控温精度高,温度:≤180℃,内胆尺寸:1200×780×800㎜(长×宽×高)
7.阀门、管线、管件及流程:
采用DW6内卡套式高压阀门及管件,耐压60MPa,304不锈钢材质。

压力计量:测量精度0.1%F·S,用于岩心进出口压力测量,量程为40MPa,数显表显示,也可通过数显表上的RS232口由计算机采集。
温度计量:采用pt100测温探头,XMT-7512ZXG5温控仪设定、控制、测量温度。温度也可由计算机设定,采集。
流量计量:采用天平称重法计算液体流量

9.数据采集系统:
采用MOXA C168H/PCI、MOXA C104H/PCI数据采集板适时采集压力、温度、流量。
The instrument simulates (pressure and temperature) according to displacement mechanism and similar principle, and with the help of modern scientific and technological achievements, such as computer technology and sensing measurement technology, the following research can be carried out under the condition of simulating formation pressure and formation temperature.
1. Determination of liquid permeability
Let the liquid pass through the core at a certain flow rate. By measuring the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the core and the flow rate of the liquid flowing through the core, combined with other parameters, the liquid permeability of the core is calculated according to Darcy's law.
2. Liquid fluidity experiment
Under certain pressure and temperature conditions, the laws of related parameters, such as pressure, temperature, flow rate, etc., during the process of fluid flowing through the core are studied.

Component technical index
1. Injection pump:
Model: PB1040 advection pump can communicate with computers and multiple computers to realize digital communication and display of pump operation data. Flow range: 0.01-9.99ml/min, 0-40 MPa.
2. Piston container:
ZR-3 piston container provides circulating fluid or displacement fluid for the test. The main material is 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and high-temperature-resistant. The piston structure is adopted in the container, and the container is placed in a thermostat with the specification of 1L/50MPa.
3. Core holder:
The material is 304 stainless steel. The specification is φ25×100/50MPa and the temperature is 180℃.
4. Ring pressure pump:

5. Back pressure control system:

Built-in spotlights, stainless steel liner, silent axial fan for hot air circulation in the box, and A3 phosphating and plastic spraying outside, which is beautiful and atmospheric. Adopting PID self-diagnosis and temperature control technology, the temperature in the tank is uniform and the temperature control accuracy is high. The temperature is ≤180℃, and the size of the tank is 1200×780×800㎜ (length× width× height).
7. Valves, pipelines, fittings and processes:
DW6 internal clamping type high-pressure valve and pipe fittings are adopted, with pressure resistance of 60MPa and 304 stainless steel material.
8. Metering system:
Pressure measurement: the measurement accuracy is 0.1% f s, which is used to measure the pressure at the inlet and outlet of the core. The measuring range is 40MPa, which can be displayed by the digital display meter or collected by the computer through the RS232 port on the digital display meter.
Temperature measurement: pt100 temperature probe and XMT-7512ZXG5 temperature controller are used to set, control and measure the temperature. The temperature can also be set and collected by computer.
Flow measurement: liquid flow is calculated by balance weighing method.
Specification of balance: the measuring range is 2200g, and the accuracy is 0.01g The computer automatically collects and calculates the flow value.
