一、概述:
相平衡反应釜系统基本可分为两类:静态法和动态法;按测定原理间接法包括露点法、泡点法和总压法,直接法根据测定装置及操作原理的不同分为蒸馏法、循环法、静态法和流动法等。
与不可视的高压釜相比,石英可视窗有利于对系统内两平衡相的量进行观察,避免出现一相消失的情况,保证了高压测定的准确性和可靠性。特别在近临界点出现的临界乳光现象容易被观察到。
本装置主要用于化工、材料行业、大专院校、科研机构对材料的物性分析处理。

三、可视变容相态釜:
①容积:30mL,釜内腔与视窗等高,视窗可观察整个内腔相态;
②工作压力:20MPa,釜用压力表为0.25级;
③工作温度:<100℃,采用上下可移动的恒温箱、水浴加热方式
④出入口采用一个接口,在反应装置上端,接管为φ3;
⑤釜内腔带测温装置;
⑥底部磁子搅拌,搅拌速度可调节;
⑦顶部活塞可移动距离接近内腔高度,活塞在腔内只作平行移动,不转动。
四、设备主要性能特点:
1、采用TGI公司高压可视玻璃,抗压强度高,透明度高,安全性能好,配备的密封材料为原装进口,大大提高了设备密封性能。
2、CO2注入泵密封材料采用四氟合成材料,抗CO2溶胀,耐磨性强,设备维修率低。
3、采用顶部可移动方式实现变容变压,保证相态平衡时所需的各种压力状态。
4、配带汲取管的CO2钢瓶,保证液态CO2从钢瓶底部液态流出,便于液态的CO2供应冷凝器储罐,使CO2注入泵正常工作,提高CO2的利用率。

4.
