超临界CO2流体对压力和温度的变化比较敏感,温度不变,压力增加其密度增加,溶质的溶解度随之增加;压力不变,温度升高,密度降低,溶质的溶解度随之下降。超临界CO2流体萃取正是利用这种性质,高于CO2临界压力下,将溶质溶解于流体中,然后降低流体压力或升高流体温度,使溶解的溶质因流体密度下降、溶解度降低而析出,从而实现对特定溶质的萃取。
装置组成流程:

Supercritical CO2 fluid is sensitive to the changes of pressure and temperature. When the temperature is constant, its density increases with the increase of pressure, and the solubility of solute increases accordingly. When the pressure is constant, the temperature increases and the density decreases, and the solubility of solute decreases. Supercritical CO2 fluid extraction takes advantage of this property. When the critical pressure of CO2 is higher, the solute is dissolved in the fluid, and then the fluid pressure is lowered or the fluid temperature is raised, so that the dissolved solute is precipitated due to the decrease of fluid density and solubility, thus realizing the extraction of specific solute.
Device composition process:
The device is mainly composed of a refrigeration system, a CO2 storage tank, a mixer, a filter, an extraction kettle, a separation kettle, a CO2 injection pump, a carrier pump, a pressure control system, a flowmeter, a safety protection device, an electric control cabinet frame panel and the like.
